Tractor was ignited by the protestors against three farm bill near India Gate
This morning during the protest against the controversial farm law a tractor was set on fire near gate way of India .
The fire department extinguished the fire and the police department took the tractor away . Last Sunday president Ram Nath Kovind gave assent to the three bulls passed by the parliament since then it has triggered the protest amongst the farmers especially from the region of Punjab and Haryana.
On the location of protest somewhere around 7:15 am and 7:30 am a tractor was ignited by the protestors . The police are trying to identify the protestors who set the tractor on fire, also they also shouted pro-congress slogans. The intensity of the protest is more in the rural regions of Punjab and Haryana. Punjab Chief minister Caption Amarinder Singh is going to conduct a meeting today on Khatkar Kalan.
On the official Facebook page the members of the Punjab Youth Congress live streamed their protest this morning form India gate. On September 20, Punjab youth members tried to ignite tractor in Ambala , Haryana. This protest continued till Sunday stating from Wednesday by the farmers as they sat on railway track of Amritsar-Delhi . Since last Wednesday farmers have been protesting under the banner name of Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Commitee on the rail tracks of Punjab.
